We can help with recycling initiatives and practices to help aim for zero waste. We take waste compliance seriously and keep all legally required documentation. We make it our business to know the final destination of the waste we collect.
External Maintenance
First impressions count. The cleanliness of the outside of a building is as important as the inside. We can jet wash, scrub or remove graffiti from a range of surfaces. We also offer a protection application to make it easier to remove subsequent attacks.
Washroom and Janitorial Supplies
We can deal with all washroom hygiene issues including supplying soap and hand towel dispensers, air fresheners and sanitary bins. We have selected an environmentally friendly service provider for these.
Daytime staff and janitors
We pay particular attention to the recruitment and training of our daytime staff and janitors. They are the highly visible ambassadors of our clients and of us. Part of their training includes a customer care focus. All staff our smart, presentable, speak good English and carry out their work with a smile.

Risk Assessments: We carry out task-specific assessments of the risks to the health and safety of employees and others arising from processes undertaken by GreenZone (as required by the Management of Health and Safety Regulatons 1999).
Method Statements (safe system of work): We carry out site-specific assessments, detail the possible dangers/risks associated with cleaning projects, detail the control methods to be used and show how the work will be managed safely.
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002): Safety data sheets are provided for all of the cleaning products we use.
We are an approved member of SAFEcontractor, the health and safety assessment scheme dedicated to promoting higher standards of competence and compliance.
We are members of the British Safety Council, which provides up-to-date and accurate information and guidance on health, safety and environmental issues.
We are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Services (BICS) and have a certified BICS Trainer and Assessor member of staff running our in-house training programme.
We are members of the Cleaners and Suppliers' Association (CHSA), the trade association for suppliers to the cleaning industry.
We are ISO14001: 2004 certified and aim to reduce the environmental impact of our organisation by using this Environmental Management System.
We adhere to the Controlled Waste Regulations 1991, as licensed by the Environmental Agency.
