Steve Trew
Recognising the significance of Environmental awareness, Steve set up GreenZone Cleaning and Support Services with the aim of being the most environmentally friendly cleaning service provider in London. With over 20 years of experience managing high value commercial and residential contracts countrywide, Steve has an enviable reputation in the property industry. He has worked with many of the country’s leading managing agents.
Dan Sadler
A qualified accountant with significant sector experience, Dan has responsibility for GreenZone’s development, and works to ensure that GreenZone is best placed to challenge industry preconceptions and offer innovative and deliverable solutions. Having worked extensively within both operational and sales functions, he fully understands how to create a detailed service model that meets the specific needs of each individual customer. This has greatly contributed to GreenZone’s growing reputation for delivering outstanding service.
John Walker
With over 20 years of senior operational experience, John manages our service delivery on behalf of our key clients. John’s experience in the restoration, care and maintenance of high-value natural stone surfaces ensures the most effective and environmentally friendly methods are used for our clients’ requirements. John also coordinates a wide range of added value services to complement our core cleaning delivery. As a BICS Approved Assessor he heads our in-house training programme and recognises the significance of regimented training for all levels of staff.
Hector Alzate
Hector has long standing experience as a senior operations manager running a multi-million pound payroll. He holds a BICS Level 2 certificate and has had extensive in-house and external training from a variety of sources.
Nicky Trew
Nicky leads GreenZone’s office-based management and administration, ensuring the smooth running of the back-of-house functions. In addition, Nicky ensures that GreenZone is always at the forefront of environmental best practice by keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and legislation. Nicky worked as a freelance IT trainer for over 15 years, teaching all levels of employees from the banking, legal and other sectors.
Linda Shepherd
Linda’s 13 years of experience as an Office Manager for a successful construction company allows her to competently support our team of operational managers. She is the main point of contact in the GreenZone head office for clients and suppliers. Her experience includes being a qualified ISO9001 auditor for Quality System Auditing and time working for the Corporate Development Director of the British Standards Institute.
Rob Wilson
Rob joined GreenZone in April 2011 as Operations Manager for Clarence House and Kensington Palace. He has 11 years of experience in the cleaning industry and has extensive experience of managing other Royal Residences.
Leo Zapata
Leo joined GreenZone with a background in managing both high value office cleaning contracts and residential portfolios. He has a wealth of experience in managing complex supply chains and is the first line of contact for many of our key clients.
Morshad Miah
Morshad has 8 years finance experience. He is pursuing professional papers and is a current ACCA student member. He began his financial career in an Accountancy firm, moved to a City law firm and then a cleaning company before joining GreenZone as their Finance Manager in April 2010.
Yesenia Garcia
Yesenia joined GreenZone in November 2011 as Payroll Manager. Prior to GreenZone she worked in social media and direct marketing and completed an MBA in International Business and Management at the University of Cardiff, specializing in commercial strategy. She has also worked as an accounts assistant.
Robin Hogg
Robin joined GreenZone in September 2011 as our HR Manager. Robin has a background in training, recruitment and HR as a Manager and as a Consultant. He started his career with J Sainsbury plc. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD he moved into consultancy, working for Robson Rhodes and Greater London Enterprise. In 1992 Robin was one of four founders of etc limited, which still trades today. Robin left the company in 2000 to become self-employed. His specialisms include advising organisations on achieving Investors in People recognition and providing interim support as a senior manager or CEO.
Felipe Mejia
Felipe is our highly trained front line response to planned maintenance visits and emergency one off jobs. Felipe’s van is equipped with everything he might need to clean surfaces as diverse as marble and carpets. Working closely with our Operational Team, Felipe delivers The GreenZone Factor wherever he works.
Linda Bell
Linda has helped GreenZone achieve ISO14001 accreditation, alongside other awards such as the Mayor of London's Green Procurement Code and Green Achiever. She currently assists with marketing, produces our quarterly newsletter called The GreenZone Times, and is working alongside Robin Hogg to achieve Investors in People. Linda worked for 20 years on environmental/wildlife TV documentaries before moving into recruitment and marketing.
Elizabeth Marin
Elizabeth provides administrative support to both the Operations team and head office staff. She has extensive experience as a cleaning supervisor and is able to use her knowledge of the business to help fine tune procedures in the office.
